We ship the goods from our office in paris or in belgium. We use colissimo from french or belgium post to deliver the goods, they are fairly fast. please contact us If you need an item on express.

Local procedures for imported goods outside the eu can eventually delay the deliveries. we do our best by providing clear and detailed invoices, but please keep in mind that this can happen.

  • RETURNS

Please inform us about your intention to return your item within 14 days after receipt of your order by sending an email to: sales@mouttoncollet.com

We would appreciate your reason for returning the article, as it would help us to improve our service.

Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you can send it back. your order will need to arrive back within 14 days of receipt.

We recommend returning your parcel using “track and trace”, allowinng you to trace your parcel and preventing possible disputes between sender and receiver. Costs and risks of returned or excahnnged articles are with the customer. after receiving your returned article, we will refund the purchase price into your bank account within 7 days.
