All orders may be cancelled by the buyer within 14 days after ordering except for earrings for hygiene reasons. (In view of Article L 121-20 of the Consumer Code) Return fees are the reponsability of the customer. MOUTTON COLLET orders are shipped via « French post » priority mail with tracking number. All shipping include an insurance in case of lost or damaged product. MOUTTON COLLET will not be liable for any tarifs, import duties, or international taxes that may be imposed outside the european union. Please accept these terms before ordering. It is the client to check with the authorities the possibilities of importation. The customer must carefully check the contents of his cart before validating the order including the selected product, quantity and price. The validation of the order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions. Non-available items will be indicated by the words "out of stock" on the website. The payment of the order placed by the customer is made only by credit card is required upon confirmation of the order by the customer. Only the present general terms of sale apply between MOUTTON COLLET and the customer. One or several products of the order are delivered in a delay of 30 days as from the confirmation of the order. The delivery deadline includes the preparation of the order, the shipping and the routing up to the delivery address. For returns: products must necessarily have returned in their original packing. One or several products must not be damaged on no account or made dirty and to have otherwise been worn no repayment will be made by MOUTTON COLLET.

The prices indicated on the web site are the ones current in the day of the order crossed by the customer. The prices are indicated in euros TTC excluding charges by delivery which are chargeable to the customer. MOUTTON COLLET reserve the right to modify the prices indicated on the web site at any time but products will be charged on the basis of the current price lists at the time of the recording of the order of the customer.
We cannot guarantee that colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.
